SHIPPING POLICY

First Release 

All First Release orders are pre-orders. Production is underway and orders are expected to ship late summer 2026. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates

We ship within Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We are not currently shipping internationally. We plan to open international shipping at a future time — stay tuned.

Processing Time

Once the first release ships, orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. You'll be notified at every step.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If you have any trouble locating your order, reach out to us directly.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our Promise

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you. Please include a photo so we can sort it quickly.

Change of Mind

Because our products are personal care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. If your order is unopened and in original condition, contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss your options.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order cancellations are accepted up to 7 days after purchase. After that point, production commitments make cancellations difficult to accommodate. If you have a special circumstance, reach out and we'll do our best.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
